30-Day Guarantee 

If you are the original customer and order your Dragonfire Acoustics system on our website and, for whateve reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the original order date for a full refund less shipping, handling, or other charges related to possible wear and tear. If you are the original customer and purchased your Dragonfire system from a dealer, please return the system along with acopy of the original receipt.

In all cases, the system compoments must be returned in their original condition, in original boxes whenever possible, with all paperwork and accesories.

Warranty

All Dragonfire Acoustics Speakers & Amplifiers come with a 3-year Limited Warranty on parts and labor from date of purchase. This Limited Warranty applies only to Dragonfire Acoustics products purchased in the United States from an authorized Dragonfire Acoustics reseller or direct from www.dragonfirepro.com.

If you purchased a Dragonfire Acoustics product second-hand, the standard 3 year warranty for Dragonfire Acoustics products is fully transferable provided that you can furnish a copy of the original purchase receipt.

For Limited Warranty coverage elsewhere, please contact your Dragonfire Acoustics dealer, or reseller.

What is covered
All defective parts or faulty workmanship.

What is not covered
The Dragonfire Acoustics Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, excessive moisture, lightning, power surges, other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification or repairs, or failure to follow the instructions outlined in the Setup Guide.

What we will do
We will repair or replace any defective parts, at our option, within a reasonable amount of time and free of charge any time during the warranty period. After the service or repair, we will be responsible for shipping the product back to you at our expense.

What we ask from you
You will be responsible for shipping or transportation charges directly to Dragonfire Acoustics or to an authorized dealer. We recommend that you keep the original shipping materials, as it is important that you package the product so that it will not be damaged during shipping. Dragonfire Acoustics cannot be responsible for any damages incurred during shipping due to poor packing, so please pack well and make sure to insure your shipment.

If products are purchased from a US reseller or via direct from our online store and shipped outside the US, the customer is responsible for shipping back to our service center in the US at their expense.
